This Report was written and compiled, under the supervision of the Committee, by Archibald E. Stevenson in collaboration with Arthur L. Frothingham, Samuel A. Berger and Eleanor A. Barnes.

The maps of New York City showing Racial Colonies, accompanying Part II of this Report, were prepared for the Committee under the supervision of Special Deputy Attorney-General John B. Trevor.

The Committee's investigators were in charge of R. W. Finch, formerly of the Bureau of Investigation, United States Department of Justice.

The translations for the Report were made by Meta Rumel, George J. Starr and Charles M. Robinton.
