Servin, all Counsellors to the King; and Madame Charlotte de Montmorency, daughter to the Constable To this universal specific, as it was then called, and which engaged the attention of the King and the Court, there are numerous attestations signed by de Beaufort, de Petremol, D'Orleans, de Savorny, Clerget, Du Boys, Pere F. Honorius, Du Molin, Chaillan, and various other great personages. At the end is a treatise called "La Tresor Philosophique de la Medicine Metallique, trad. d'Italien en François." and at the termination the Privilege of King Louis, dated Sept. 24, 1610, the first year of his reign. Castagne writes himself "Docteur en Theologie, Conseiller et Aumosnier du Roy, & Conventuel d'Avignon."
