XXXIX.-Each Member of the Club shall communicate his address, or that of his Banker or Agent, from time to time, to the Secretary; and all Notices, being sent to such address, shall be considered as duly delivered. XL. These Rules and Regulations shall be printed, and a Copy of them, together with a list of the Committee, shall be delivered to every Member of the Club, or transmitted to his address; but no Member shall be absolved from the effect of these Rules, on any allegation of not having received them.
