AN APPEAL TO ENSLAVED MASSES IN PERSIA, ARMENIA AND TURKEY

"The Executive Committee of the Communist Interna tional has convened a congress of the workers and peasants: Persia, Armenia and Turkey, to be held on August 15, 1920, Baku.

"What is the Communist International? It is an organ. sation of the revolutionary working classes of Russia, Polai Germany, France, Great Britain and Armenia, who in by hunger, have risen for the purpose of no longer work for the rich, but for themselves, of no longer bearing a against their own suffering and dispossessed brethren, but :: use them for defending themselves against the preda classes.
