You, therefore, shall pray in this manner: Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Ver. 10.

And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. Ver. 12.

And lead us not into temptation. But deliver us from evil. Amen. Ver. 13.

Ask, and it shall be given you: seek, and you shall find: knock, and it shall be opened to you. St. Matt. vii. 7.

For every one that asketh, receiveth: and he that seeketh, findeth: and to him that knocketh, it shall be opened. Ver. 8.

Or what man is there among you, of whom if his son ask bread, will he reach him a stone? Ver. 9. Or if he ask a fish, will he reach him a serpent? Ver. 10.

If you, then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children: how much more will your Father, who is in heaven, give good things to them that ask him? Ver. 11.

And Jesus stretching forth his hand, touched him, saying: I will. Be thou made clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed. Ver. 3.

And when he had entered into Capharnaum, there came to him a centurion, beseeching him, Ver. 5. And saying: Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, and is grievously tormented. Ver. 6. And Jesus said to him: I will come and heal him. Ver. 7.

Again I say to you, that if two of you shall agree upon earth, concerning any thing whatsoever they shall ask, it shall be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. St. Matt. xviii. 19.

For where there are two or three gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. Ver. 20.

Therefore I say to you, all things whatsoever you ask when ye pray, believe that you shall receive, and they shall come unto you. St. Mark xi. 24.

And when you shall stand to pray, forgive, if you have any thing against any man; that your Father also, who is in heaven, may forgive you your sins. Ver. 25.

And he said to them: The harvest, indeed, is great; but the labourers are few. Pray ye, therefore, the Lord of the harvest, that he send labourers into his harvest.
