A beast with seven heads and ten horns is introduced, c. xii., xiii. The article refers us to one of them. The two-horned beast, being the same as the false prophet, is excluded. It is shown, pages 34, 35, that the beast, c. xii., xiii., xvii., is regarded as one, though existing in two different states. But, independent of this, the article and the kings of the earth, c. xix., 19, compared with c. xvii., 8, 11, 18, prove the identity. |
