Books over-due incur a fine of 2 cents per day, and costs of recovery. 4. Two books may be taken at a time (or on the same day), provided that not than one of these shall be fiction, and that two new books shall be taken. 5. Books lost or damaged must be paid for by the holder of the card on which they were issued. 6. When returning a book, alivays present the same card on which it was issued.
