TO THE VISITOR.

The Publisher of this Work respectfully suggests to the Visitor, that to facilitate the viewing of the beauties of the Castle, they should proceed in the order in which the Guide is arranged, commencing with the State Apartments. These Apartments are always closed on Fridays; and, during Her Majesty's residence, both on Tuesdays and Fridays. Admittance from Eleven to Six, except on Sundays, when they are open at half-past One and close at Six.

The Queen's Private Apartments are shown only when the Court are residing elsewhere; to view them it is necessary to obtain an Order from the Lord Chamberlain.

Admittance to the Round Tower daily.

St. George's Chapel may be viewed during the intervals of Divine Service— which is celebrated daily, at half past Ten in the morning, and-half past Four in the afternoon-on application to the sextons, Mr. Tucker and Mr. Winter, Horse-shoe Cloisters, one of whom is usually in attendance.

Eton College Chapel may be scen on applying to Mr. Gray, High street, Eton. Applications to view the Library to be made to Mr. Smythers, Porter's Cloisters, Eton College.
