The Tonalpohualli, commonly called the Aztec calendar, is the ritual book composed of twenty glyphs that represent days. Patricia Baez has reinterpreted these glyphs in etched and painted glass. Jeannette Clariond has composed poems based on each of the twenty glass sculptures created by Baez.
